Talaq Uttered in Drunk State Valid: Darul Uloom

Muslim claim that wine is prohibited in Islam but the biggest Islamic School is proving something else. A man can kick out his wife even in drunken state. No respect to women even a drunk is valued more than women in Islam. What a disgrace?
